At Ah Tempo we strive to enrich and improve the quality of work-life while creating an environment of enjoyment, discovery, and respite. As adults, we are often without opportunities to be beginners, or to cultivate a hobby or passion outside of our career. This is the place and we are the people to help you do just that.
The Power of Music: Key Statistics
Angela De Venuto is a sought after teacher of piano, voice, and music theory in the Chicago-land area. Her combined studios include 60 students spanning the ages of 4 to 88 years old. Between her holistic and welcoming approach to piano and vocal technique and care for each individual’s learning style, she is a distinctly unique instructor.
Angela’s student roster includes beginners to working professionals in the classical and musical theater business. Angela enjoys a private home studio and is also on faculty at the Music Institute of Chicago, Lyriq Music School, and is founder/CEO and lead teacher of Ah Tempo School of Music, a private, on-location multi-disciplinary music school.
Her students have won awards with the Metropolitan Opera National Council Association, Schumann Competition, Marcella Sembrich, as well as gained admittance into schools such as Northwestern University, DePaul University, and The Juilliard School. She is also the co-founder and executive director of Intermezzi, a blossoming nonprofit performing arts platform that was born from the COVID pandemic producing and performing in their inaugural festival celebrating the life and work of Beethoven for his 250th anniversary.
In addition to her teaching career, Angela is an active vocal performer of classical, opera, and musical theater.

Leo Radosavljevic
Leo Radosavljevic, a versatile pianist, composer, and baritone, has performed at esteemed venues including Carnegie Hall and The Lyric Opera of Chicago. With a Juilliard education and a host of competition wins, he is a respected coach and teacher in the Chicago area, known for his dedication to his students’ growth and success.
Rossman Palfrey
International award winning classical guitarist Rossman Palfrey has been praised for his “deep musicality and expression.” He has performed in concerts, masterclasses, and guitar festivals internationally and throughout the US. Rossman is currently faculty at Roosevelt University, The People’s Music School, Smiling Strings, and Ah Tempo.
